This Cookie Policy explains how TradingNext uses cookies, local storage, SDKs, pixels and similar technologies on tradingnext.net and app.tradingnext.net.

3.1 Categories

- Strictly necessary: security, authentication, sessions, load balancing, consent preferences and core operation.

- Preferences: optional choices such as language or interface preferences.

- Analytics: service usage/performance measurement. Where consent is required, these are not activated before consent.

- Marketing: attribution, advertising or campaign measurement. Controlled by consent/opt-out rules as applicable.

3.2 Consent

The consent interface should provide clear category information; allow acceptance, rejection of non-essential technologies and granular settings where required; avoid pre-enabling optional categories in opt-in jurisdictions; allow later withdrawal/change; record consent version/status; and honour legally applicable browser privacy signals such as Global Privacy Control where required.

3.3 Live cookie inventory

The exact list of cookies and similar technologies must be generated from the live site/app by the selected Consent Management Platform (CMP). Do not hard-code a fictional cookie table before deployment.

The live declaration should identify name/provider, purpose/category, domain, retention/expiry and first/third-party status.

3.4 Cross-domain use

TradingNext may operate both tradingnext.net and app.tradingnext.net. The consent implementation should cover both consistently and avoid unnecessary repeat prompts where reliable consent sharing is technically possible.

3.5 Managing choices

Users can change choices at any time using the permanent “Manage cookies” / “Privacy choices” link.

3.6 Updates

Automated scans should run regularly and the declaration must be updated when new technologies are introduced.
