Users must not use TradingNext to violate law or provider rules; access accounts without authority; manage third-party funds without required permissions/licences; bypass jurisdiction or eligibility controls; evade safeguards/rate limits; attack the Services; obtain withdrawal capability through TradingNext; impersonate others; falsify security information; or use uploaded code/content without necessary rights.

TradingNext may suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect users, third parties or service integrity.
